Hardys Varietal Range Chardonnay is from South East Australia and has juicy fruit characters of white peach, yellow nectarine and subtle hints of vanillin that make it very easy drinking. A modern-style Chardonnay with luscious peach and apricot flavours, and notes of creamy butterscotch and vanilla. Toasty oak adds a delicious layer in this versatile, appealing wine.

This wine is layered with fragrant aromas of red apple, nectarine and lemon peel alongside toasted almond, nougat, a touch of spice and vanilla. On the palate, juicy apple and nectarine flavours are balanced by crisp citrus notes and refreshing acidity. Wild ferment and barrel aging has added complexity, nutty nuances and a weighty texture. The wine concludes in a dry, lingering, elegant finish.

Aromas of candied citrus abound and the combination of mildly spicy stone fruit and soft tannins result in a creamy easy drinking wine.

Spicy butter and hints of fresh papaya on the nose. The palate is lifted showing well-integrated ripe stone fruit and dried apricot flavours backed by an elegant oak richness resulting in a beautifully generous, long and well-balanced wine.

The nose shows a lovely complexity with brioche, lemon, subtle floral notes, flint and smoky oak. They palate has a gentle power with lovely focus from the fine, citrussy acidity. The predominant fruit character is lemon which is overlaid with chary French oak and mealy, wild ferment characters.

Leefield Station is a range of wines that celebrate the history of the iconic sheep and beef station located in the heart of the Waihopai Valley. Purchased in 2013 by Marisco Vineyards, the property inspired us to go back to the beginning with our winemaking approach.

The nose is packed with an abundance of citrus and stone fruit, together with the tropical aromas of pineapple and guava. Interspersed also with floral notes reminiscent of honeysuckle and jasmine. 100% of the fruit for this Chardonnay came from McManis' very own River Junction AVA, located at the confluence of the San Joaquin and Stanislaus Rivers. Light golden straw in color with bright fruit aromas of pear, melon, and peach. The palate is driven by notes of stone-fruit, banana, vanilla, and a hint of buttered popcorn. Rich and decadent, this Chardonnay can be enjoyed on its own or with a delicious meal.
