The grapes for Roaring Meg come from Mt Difficulty's Cromwell basin vineyards managed by their dedicated viticultural team. Roaring Meg Sauvignon Blanc is reminiscent of Central Otago. Lifted and vibrant notes of guava, passionfruit and pineapple with fresh herbal elements give this wine its classic Sauvignon Blanc profile. Juicy, ripe and bold flavours race across the palate, followed by a mineral and saline finish to lengthen the palate. Best enjoyed with Bluff oysters.

Pale straw colour with a hint of gold. This Gisborne Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of tropical fruit, passion fruit and subtle herbaceousness. The palate displays flavours of melon, dried herb and subtle passionfruit. The wine finishes with a richness and fullness seen only in good Sauvignon Blanc. The Rabbit Ranch Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc from their vineyards in the South Island of New Zealand and the Central Otago Rabbit Ranch home block. A cool climate, elegant yet assertive style Sauvignon Blanc, left on the lees for approx 3 months to tone down some of the overt grassy, grapefruit notes and giving a lovely textural boost to the wine.

The wine shows a complex interplay of tropical fruit characters with elements of passion-fruit, mango and paw paw, supported by impressions of ripe gooseberries and dried herbs. It is fruity and mouth filling but yet has a refreshing spine of crisp acidity which keeps it focussed and helps draw out its length.

Bright straw in colour, this energetic sauvignon blanc has explosive aromatics of paw paw, Kaffir lime, capsicum, and stone fruit that mingle with subtle notes of coconut and dill. Dry and reminiscent of highball gin and tonic, persistent flavours of blackcurrant, banana passionfruit, cucumber, and green olive are revealed alongside bright, mouth-watering acidity. The distinctive palate has an elegant structure and a bright, pure finish.
