Le Phant Rosé is made from Syrah and Tempranillo grapes, grown in Elephant Hill's Te Awanga and Bridge Pa Triangle vineyards. Left to soak on skins allowing a gentle extraction of colour and flavour. Aged in tank on lees without oak. A juicy and gently fruity wine made from a blend of red varieties offering soft red berry and plum flavours, with just a touch of natural sweetness. The perfect pizza or platter wine.

A delicious, full bodied Hawkes Bay Chardonnay. With minimal oak influence the wine is all about the grape, showcasing peach and citrus flavours so typical of Hawkes Bay Chardonnay. Its flavour profile is a mix of stonefruit, grilled nuts, grapefruit and yeasty nuances. It is both complex and delicious. Ideally suited to rich seafood dishes or white meats such as pork or chicken, but equally delicious as an aperitif or with hard cheeses.

This Merlot based blend grown in the arid, stony soils of the famed Gimblett Gravels has long been a speciality of Esk Valley. With perfectly ripened fruit and custom made concrete fermenters we have produced a smooth and full bodied signature style, bursting with flavours of blackcurrant, dried herbs, plums and blackberry. A beautifully complex wine that can be enjoyed now or will age gracefully for several years.

This is an elegant and delicious style of Pinot Gris with aromas and flavours of baked pear, honey, citrus and apricot. It is mouth-filling and complex, with a hint of residual sugar perfectly balancing the acidity. It finishes long and dry. Can be enjoyed on its own or with soft cheeses, pork, chicken and seafood dishes.

Esk Valley set the scene for New Zealand Rosé in 1991 and they've never looked back. Deliciously dry, it reveals flavours of red apple and strawberry while its refreshing acidity will leave your mouth watering for more. Beautiful pale luminescent pink, dry to taste with aromas and flavours of redcurrants, strawberry and fresh picked herbs. Serve chilled and enjoy with salmon, antipasto platters, or a fresh summer salad.

Central Otago's cool climate consistently produces exceptional red fruit flavours of cherry, raspberry and redcurrant, but with concentration and length to match. This wine is layered with black and red berry fruits, complemented by blossoming aromas of dark plum.
