Elegant Syrah and spicy Mourvèdre add their signature definition and structure to this harmonious ensemble. 9 months Elevage in seasoned (3-8 year old) French oak Hogsheads support deep-fruited, dark cherry, strawberry and mineral laden (graphite/ferrous) palate with a lovely savoury lick of supple fine-grain tannin.
