Rochdale Classic Apple Cider is sparkling with crisp acidity balanced by the sweetness of tree-ripened apples. Full bodied on the palate, it has a smooth finish with notes of buttery vanilla. With the distinctive taste of apples, this well balanced Classic Apple Cider is brewed without any added preservatives, sulphites or sugar.

Locally grown boysenberries, raspberries and blackcurrants are skilfully blended with a delicious apple cider base to create this full-bodied cider. Its bright purpley-red colour and crisp long finish makes it vibrant both in the glass and on the palate.

If the sky is clear and cool, and you're very lucky, you might witness a sundog: apparitions that accompany the true sun, an atmospheric trick of light and ice. Parrotdog's own Sundog, a Pilsner starring the vivid passionfruit and white wine notes of New Zealand hops, is much easier to find, but just as crisp and bright.

Limited Release 36 is a Hazy IPA brewed with Dolcita, Krush and Citra hop varieties, showcasing juicy stone fruit, tropical and berry characters, with a lush mid-palate and low bitterness to finish.
