Gravel Track pays tribute to the long gravel and limestone track that winds its way through Barossa Valley Wine Company's historic 60-year-old Farms vineyard. This Australian Shiraz from the Riverland winegrowing region in South Eastern Australia. This hot, dry winegrowing region is famous for ripe, generous, classic Aussie Shiraz with delicious sweet red berry flavours. Harvested at perfect ripeness, fruit was immediately processed at the winery and fermented on skins to maximise flavour and colour. Maturation in oak.

Dolcetto is an Italian grape variety that is little known or planted in Australia. The variety hails from the mountainous Piedmont region of north-west Italy. Translated literally, 'Dolcetto' means 'little sweet one'. This wine has fresh, lifted aromas of red jubes, blackberries, red currants, hints of spice and liquorice. The palate has flavours of ripe summer berries and a natural grape sweetness that is balanced by the frizzante mouth-feel providing a refreshing, lively finish.

Dark and brooding, Cherrycream Dark is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon ripe with black cherry, raspberry, and mocha aromas. Upon swirling the beautiful plum colours in the glass, this wine is full bodied yet smooth, imparting lengthy vanilla notes with a hint of black liquorice on the finish. It has fruit, it has body, it's a beautiful swirl in the glass, and dazzles the senses with its scrumptious bouquet. Made with all full-bodied wine lovers preferences in mind, this wine is primarily made from Cabernet Sauvignon with just a little bit of of Merlot to subdue any harsh Cabernet tannins and envelope them with bright fruit flavours.

California Pinot Noir develop rich cherry characteristics as a result of the warm climate, and longer ripening time on the vine. They harvest at night, then cold soak the grapes to preserve its rich berry flavours and ruby-red colour. Then it is fermented in stainless steel tanks to enhance the cherry flavours. Finally aged in oak with a mix of French, American and medium toast levels to integrate the cask aged characters for seven long months. They remain patient as they wait for this ageing process to yield their favourite elevated characteristics of cherry, strawberry, toast, vanilla, and spice.

River Run is Chard Farm's Central Otago regional Pinot Noir made from grapes grown in their vineyards in different sub-regions of Central Otago. The deep alpine valleys and waterways of Central Otago have craved the land available for grape growing into quite distinct sub-regions. Each pocket of land has its own unique climate and soil mix producing quite different styles of Pinot Noir. River Run captures the character of each of the sub-regions where are vineyards are planted. Lowburn gives bright, fresh sweet fruit, Gibbston savory and herbal tones, and Parkburn brings good texture and mineral length. An expressive and complex bouquet with sweet floral notes swirling around ripe cherry and plum fruit with aromatic spice in the background. There's ample fresh fruit and velvety tannin on a palate that is elegant, satisfying and highly drinkable.
