LIND & LIME GIN is a Scottish gin produced by The Port of Leith Distillery at the Tower Street Stillhouse in Leith, Edinburgh. With such a remarkable range of gins now available, we wanted to go back to the very definition of a classic London Dry Gin; a delicate balance of juniper and lime with the gentle spice of pink peppercorns. Tamnavulin Sherry Cask Edition is a rich and indulgent single malt that showcases the distillery's signature smoothness with an added layer of depth. Initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks to develop a soft, mellow character, it is then finished in hand-selected sherry casks from esteemed cooperages in southern Spain. The result is a whisky with a warm amber gold hue and a rich flavour profile. On the nose, expect notes of vanilla, caramel, banana, and a touch of sweet milk chocolate with fresh ginger. The palate unfolds in layers of maple syrup, raisin, and orange, rounded out with hints of apricot and melon.

Tamnavulin Double Cask is the perfect introduction to their signature Speyside single malt whiskies: sweet, smooth and fruity, with notes of orchard fruits, creamy toffee and Crème Brûlée. Like all Tamnavulin, this whisky starts life in American ex-bourbon casks, adding smoothness to their sweet, fruity spirit. Then, when the time is right, the whisky is finished in seasoned sherry casks. It is said that a ship carrying one of the largest quantities of black spiced rum ever to be brought over from the Caribbean Islands, for unexplained reasons, never reached its destination.
