On the nose, nashi pear and white blossom greet you with supporting notes of citrus and candied ginger. On the palate, the wine is concentrated and poised with bright flavours of pear and lychee. Marlborough is a special place for wine. Perhaps it's the cloudless skies or mild temperatures or well-drained soils. It could be the long growing season or their sustainably-farmed vineyards. Whatever the reason, the result is wines that are marked by piercingly vibrant fruit flavours and lively acidity. Scents of mango, lime and passionfruit introduce this Sauvignon Blanc. A weighty, tropical palate is in perfect harmony with the crisp, acidic finish Marlborough is known for.

A pure, bright and youthful citrus driven chardonnay with complex smoky, flint, toast and biscuit notes derived from extended barrel aging on full solids. The palate is focussed and restrained which unfurls on the finish and exposes the intense citrus core with underlying cashew, nutty flavours.

Le Phant Rosé is made from Syrah and Tempranillo grapes, grown in Elephant Hill's Te Awanga and Bridge Pa Triangle vineyards. Left to soak on skins allowing a gentle extraction of colour and flavour. Aged in tank on lees without oak. A juicy and gently fruity wine made from a blend of red varieties offering soft red berry and plum flavours, with just a touch of natural sweetness. The perfect pizza or platter wine.

A very aromatic and intensely flavoured wine true to its Marlborough origins, with flavours tending towards green fruits and fresh herbs. It is a rich and full-flavoured style with a crisp dry finish which provides freshness and length to the palate.

The nose is bursting with melons, peach and ripe tropical and citrus fruits, followed by a generous fruit-driven palate. Classic Chardonnay roundness, giving a mouth-filling finish.
