The Lionheart of Dandelion Vineyards is their old vine Barossa vineyard. These ancient, gnarled vines, many over a hundred years of age, are not only surviving but thriving on their own roots in some of the oldest soils on the planet. In the last week of April whole bunches of Shiraz were hand harvested, then gently crushed and naturally fermented in open fermenters for eight days, hand plunged twice a day, before careful basket pressing into some new but predominantly older French Oak Barriques to finish fermentation. After 18 months maturation and a racking in the same oak, we bottled our Lionheart without filtration or fining, to capture the essence of the vineyard. Dandelion Vineyards Lionheart is ready to drink and will reward cellaring and decanting.

Daniel Le Brun Rosé has fresh and vibrant aromas of strawberries which are complemented by a creamy, biscuity complexity. The fine delicate mousse provides a soft creamy mouthfeel, with an appealing richness giving the wine excellent approachability.

A very easy drinking maritime warm climate Cabernet Sauvignon. A core signature of blackcurrant and violets. Juicy palate with black fruits, cherry and currant with a touch of dried sage and a freshness of spearmint. The tannins are fine and polished. Totally delicious.

Classic Chardonnay aromatics mingle in the glass with a touch of citrus peel, ripe stone fruit and toasty oak. The palate is rich and creamy with grilled peaches, lemons and brioche through the mid palate. Fine, toasted oak and balanced acidity lead to a long and satisfying finish. Enjoy alongside creamy cheeses, BBQ chicken or a porcini risotto.

On the nose, nashi pear and white blossom greet you with supporting notes of citrus and candied ginger. On the palate, the wine is concentrated and poised with bright flavours of pear and lychee. A full bodied luscious palate with a juicy acidity carries through the palate giving the wine great drinkability and pairing with a variety of spicier dishes.

Marlborough is a special place for wine. Perhaps it's the cloudless skies or mild temperatures or well-drained soils. It could be the long growing season or their sustainably-farmed vineyards. Whatever the reason, the result is wines that are marked by piercingly vibrant fruit flavours and lively acidity. Scents of mango, lime and passionfruit introduce this Sauvignon Blanc. A weighty, tropical palate is in perfect harmony with the crisp, acidic finish Marlborough is known for.

Smooth tawny flavours, caramel toffee with hints of barrel aged flavours and a rich lingering finish.

Initally luscious with richly concentrated fruit and nut flavours. Tawnys are a traditional after dinner wine. Savouir with a platter of cheese.

This Muscat has been aged in barrel and is designed to enjoy as soon as opened. It will also keep for several more years in bottle.
