The Private Bin series has been inspired by the McGuigan family tradition to always share a special family wine with their guest. The soft and velvety Merlot combined with the more powerful Cabernet Sauvignon grapes produces a luscious red wine. Deep crimson in colour with aromas of blackcurrant, mint, spiced fruit, cinnamon and vanilla flavours.

This Shiraz features delightful dark cherry and plum aromas integrated with some smoky vanillin characters and cinnamon from the oak. The wine has a good mouth feel with both cherry and plum flavours with a peppery spice.

A soft yet full flavoured wine displaying raspberry, cherry and plum characters on the nose. The use of oak adds subtle caramel and oak characters. This Merlot exhibits a delightful mix of berry and stewed fruit flavours with vanilla and cinnamon. The soft, smooth Merlot makes a perfect partner for a variety of dishes, particularly those with pork or chicken.

100% of the fruit for this Chardonnay came from McManis' very own River Junction AVA, located at the confluence of the San Joaquin and Stanislaus Rivers. Light golden straw in color with bright fruit aromas of pear, melon, and peach. The palate is driven by notes of stone-fruit, banana, vanilla, and a hint of buttered popcorn. Rich and decadent, this Chardonnay can be enjoyed on its own or with a delicious meal.

Black is a young and lively wine with an intense purple hue that hints at the delicious fruit to come. The boisterous nose is full of wild berry and Murcian plum accented by a floral note of violets. Montana Affinity Sauvignon Blanc retains the full flavour and aromas typical of their Sauvignon Blanc, but made in a low alcohol expression. On the palate the crisp acidity coupled with a textural sweetness which is reminiscent of fresh grapefruit. Texturally the wine is punctuated by a light spritz that stimulated the palate, lifting the aromas and flavours, providing a carefree, refreshing sip.
