Bay and Barnes leaned on our cousins across the ditch for the grapes to make this classic Australian Chardonnay. Following harvest, fruit was gently pressed before settling. Specially selected yeasts were used to start fermentation. From there the wine was delicately matured on oak and lees stirred to impart lovely toasty flavours and a creamy texture.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A range of carefully selected aromatic and texture enhancing yeasts were used during fermentation. Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.

Pale straw in colour, this Sauvignon Blanc has a complex nose of paw paw, passionfruit, pineapple and a touch of cut grass and crushed herbs. The juicy palate is packed full of tropical fruits and lime zest with a hint of sweet pea and crunchy red capsicum. Good balance and refreshing acidity complete this expressive wine. Try with fresh seafood or light, seasonal salads.

This Pinot Gris is full of fresh pear and vibrant spice aromas and flavours.

Our sauvignon blanc offers a refreshing tropical fruit profile with aromas of passionfruit, guava and lemongrass. Flavours on the palate mimic the bouquet with a crisp acidity and typical marlborough minerality.

On the nose, expect vibrant aromas of bright citrus, freshly plucked apples and delicate white jasmine. On the palate, stone fruit notes are met with rich undertones of vanilla and clove, harmonized with warm spice and a touch of oak-derived toastiness. The interplay between the oak and fruit brings a balanced finish, with higher toasty notes lingering gracefully.

Phantom Chardonnay entices with its rich layers. Green apple and pear transform into spicy flavours of freshly baked apple pie, while barrel fermentation imparts a creamy, luscious mouthfeel.

The nose is elegant, with aromas of melon, white stone fruit and some subtle toasty charry nuances. The palate displays ripe nectarine and citrus notes overlaying rich creamy characters and is intense, weighty and textural showing great length with a clean finish.

Bursting with zesty aromas of pink grapefruit, melon and gooseberry, it opens into a palate layered with ripe passionfruit, honeydew melon and citrus flavours. A refreshing streak of crisp acidity balances the wine's generous fruit intensity, creating a bright, lively finish. Elegant yet approachable, it is an ideal companion to fresh seafood, summer salads and Mediterranean-inspired dishes.

Made in a light refreshing style, and alive with aromas of freshly crushed grapes and musk. In the mouth the wine is alive with a vibrant and mouth-filling fruit flavour. This lively and fresh wine has a mild frizzante bubble on the finish. Best enjoyed chilled.
