Rich, dark berry fruit flavours of McLaren Vale Shiraz burst to life in this deliciously, full bodied wine. Balanced with oak and peppery spice.

Plush red fruits followed by fine, silky tannins. A concentrated and fruit forward style of Central Otago Pinot Noir. Definitive of the Pisa subregion with plush red fruits, black doris plum, bright acidity and a supple yet structured tannin profile. Drinking well now but with the ability to age in bottle.

The nose shows a lovely complexity with brioche, lemon, subtle floral notes, flint and smoky oak. They palate has a gentle power with lovely focus from the fine, citrussy acidity. The predominant fruit character is lemon which is overlaid with chary French oak and mealy, wild ferment characters.

This is a beautifully floral and scented wine displaying cherry, raspberry and subtle sweet, smoky oak aromas on the nose. The palate is rich, silky, round and concentrated with great poise and focus. The red berry fruits combined with the French oak has produced lovely length and complexity.
